Position Offerings
Social Media Coordinator
~2 hrs/wk
Description: Social media coordinators manage iCLEAR’s social media—providing excerpts on articles and informing followers on events. They should have strong time management skills and experience with graphic design.

create consistent social media posts every 2-3 days
coordinate with article writers to cover any new articles posted
create flyers for events if requested

familiarity with social media sites like Instagram, Tiktok, etc.
experience with graphic design and platforms like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
trend awareness
Writer
~2-4 hrs/wk
Description: Writers publish articles on current news and regulations for animal testing. They also draft policies for testing regulations. Writers are expected to have strong research and storytelling skills.

research and propose policies for animal testing

Website Designer
~1-2 hrs/wk
Description: Website designers help update iCLEAR’s website regularly for new job openings, upcoming events, and articles. They should be familiar with Squarespace.

Outreach
~2 hrs/wk
Description: Outreach is responsible for finding new opportunities and advertising to organizations and schools. They should keep up with upcoming events and pursue any possible avenues to expand iCLEAR.

search for and come up with new opportunities/events
notify iCLEAR co-founders and event coordinators

Events Coordinator
~2-3 hrs/wk
Description: Events coordinator work with outreach to plan new events for iCLEAR. They are responsible for sorting out logistics like location, time, and required resources.
